SITUATION. Italy is observing decidedly more wintery weather conditions due to Arctic extraction currents that have caused a clear thermal collapse over the whole peninsula. The formation of a low depression, now present between Sardinia and the Balearic Islands, is responsible for unstable weather over most of the country, especially in the Center-South and Sardinia.
