The Major League of Professional Baseball is already beginning its great movements for a new summer baseball season in Venezuela.

This Tuesday Marineros de Carabobo announced that Robert Pérez takes the reins of the Carabobeño team for the 2023 harvest.

Pérez will have his first litmus test as a team manager, coming to the currency after his three-season experience as batting coach for Navegantes del Magallanes. As well as Cardenales de Lara and Tiburones de La Guaira.

The new Carabobo helmsman is one of the flagship athletes of professional baseball in Venezuela. “La pared Negra” has five LVBP championships to his credit.

His numbers are a legend and a reference in Venezuela, Pérez is part of the Venezuelan Baseball Hall of Fame thanks to his great career.
