A manemployee of the Transportation Office of the Fukuoka City in Japan, was arrested for taking voyeuristic photographs under the skirt of a woman on the escalators of a subway station. Satoru Takayanagi, 34, was detained on suspicion of violating the nuisance prevention ordinance of Fukuoka Prefecture.
Around 12:30 p.m. on February 23, Takayanagi is suspected of having lifted a woman’s skirt and inserted her smartphone into the ascending escalator of the Karajinmachi Subway Stationin the city of Fukuoka, taking voyeuristic photos of her.
When questioned, Takayanagi stated that he noticed that it would be easy to look at the woman’s panties, so he also got on the escalator and admitted to the charges.. The Fukuoka City Transportation Office stated: “It is very unfortunate. We will endeavor to clarify the facts and deal with the matter rigorously.».
