Call of Duty again on Nintendo platforms! All this thanks to the fact that Microsoft and Nintendo have finally signed a ‘legally binding’ agreement that will allow games like Call of Duty to reach their platforms from today until the next 10 if the acquisition of Activision Blizzard is completed.

Since the acquisition was unveiled, Microsoft has been committed to bringing the Call of Duty franchise to these platforms and for now, it’s finally a reality.
According to Brad Smithvice president and president of Microsoft, the company has negotiated with Nintendo and has now entered into a 10-year binding legal agreement to bring Call of Duty to Nintendo platforms.
The accompanying statement says that the upcoming games will be released on the Nintendo and Xbox platforms at the same time with full feature and content parity.
