On February 28th, ARMYs were surprised and shocked. When discovering that Jungkook’s Instagram account, the maknae of BTS with over 50 million followers, has disappeared. Which many people have doubts about. What happened may be the work of a good hacker or not.

But Jungkook did not let the fans have to worry for a long time Because he has come out to confirm that quickly. It was he who deleted his personal Instagram account himself. In which he posted explaining the reason why he stopped using Instagram this time through the Weverse platform, “I deleted my Instagram account myself. I wasn’t hacked. I just deleted it because I don’t use it that much. So don’t worry.”

Jungkook further reminded fans that even though he has deleted his Instagram account, he will continue to communicate with ARMYs using Weverse Live as his main platform. And I don’t think I’m likely to go back and use it again! I’m here to let everyone know!”

Jungkook’s Instagram account deletion caused quite a bit of disappointment to his fans, as the 7 BTS members never had a personal account on any social media platform. They only have shared accounts. It wasn’t until December 6, 2021 that they all opened their own personal Instagram accounts. In the midst of the joy of ARMYs around the world
